Rebecca Harkins-Cross

Rebecca Harkins-Cross is a Naarm-based writer and cultural critic, whose work has been published widely across Australia and the world. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Creative Writing at Monash University and will be a Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University’s Writing Program in 2022. She teaches creative nonfiction and life writing at various universities and has held previous roles as Film Editor at The Big Issue and Theatre Critic at The Age. Her first book, The Headless Woman, is out with Fireflies Press in 2023.
