Delaine Le Bas

Delaine Le Bas is a cross practice artist working with mixed and multi media. Delaine is beginning to work on the Le Bas Archive & Collection with material belonging to herself and her late husband. For Essex Book Festival she is currently working with material and objects from Essex Archives and Southend Museum. Texts and writing have always been included within her works and performances. Her ongoing performance Romani Embassy was part of FUTUROMA Venice Biennale 2019. Her most recent installation St Sara Kali George was in the Storefront For Dissident Bodies for The Crack Begins Within Berlin Biennale 2020.
