Ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded as members of the audience or events. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote the Emerging Writers’ Festival and its activities in print, in the media and on websites. The Emerging Writers’ Festival will endeavour to inform patrons prior to the commencement of the event if filming is to take place but this is not a condition to consent.
Tickets are valid only when purchased from the Emerging Writers’ Festival (EWF) or an authorised agent. All bookings are final and all sessions are offered subject to availability.
No refunds or exchanges will be given except for those provided for in the Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events In Australia. This is available on the Live Performance Australia website here.
You may not re-sell your ticket to a third party for more than the face value of the ticket. You may not use your ticket/s for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including competitions) without the prior written consent of EWF.
The right of admission is reserved. Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the session until a suitable break.
