Damien Becker

Damien Becker is a community development worker and disability advocate living on Bundjalung Country in Northern NSW. An award-winning spoken word artist, including the 2019 NSW State Slam Champion and 2020 Bunker Spoken Word Prize, his poetry has been published by Verity La and Red Room Poetry, among others. He lives with cystic fibrosis and is a double-lung transplant recipient.
